Same one I uploaded to the original board around 2008 or so. I used PhotoFiltre (written by a Brit), which does tend to have some rather quirky menus, but the learning curve isn't nearly as steep as GIMP. Of course, it won't do nearly as much as GIMP either, but I haven't needed to.
