I recently purchased a RR Blue barrel that has some holster ware on the right side of the barrel. Anyone know a good way to make them go away? Thanks Ken

Nov 13, 2010#2 Birchwood-Casey makes a gun-black pen that might do the trick. I've used it on other guns but I don't know how well it would match the RR. They come in gloss and, I think, satin finish.

Nov 14, 2010#4 birchwood casey makes everal products that might match. perma blue is as good a cold blue as Ive used. but you have to build it up in layers till you get the look you want. DR

Nov 15, 2010#5 I ended up using a Black gloss touch up pen. The trick is to not dab but draw a straight line down the barrel ( if thats what your touching up ) - This way all is covered with no standout spots. I'm happy with the way mine came out.
