I got to shoot one at a rental place once! Very expencive, But Ive never forgotten it! It was $20 to shoot the gun + ammo. it was near Halloween so they had pumkins to shoot.
$80 worth of ammo went quick! DR

This was 8 double rounds…. in other words, it was 4000 grains of payload sent downrange in about 5 seconds. to achieve the same result with a single barrel 9mm pistol we would need to shoot about 30 rounds, with two changes of magazines, in about 30 seconds.
Um, no. My son can empty a 33-round Glock magazine in half that time.

OK, I figured out what to say about that double barreled what ever it is ...just because you can build something doesn't mean you should... I don't know what it is but something about that weapon just rubs me the wrong way.
I love my pre-war 1911 - my Dad is using it right now - I've got it just the way I want it, barrel bushing, ejector and ramp mods, great grips, etc. so it's not the fact that thing is a .45 or a 1911ish gun... I dunno something just ain't right about it.
The Gatling gun in Vegas sounds like a really cool thing to do. Way better than dropping a c-note in a slot machine!

Doesnt Ohio host a couple of big machinegun shoots? Id Call the promoters and see if they have rentals available, and what guns are going to be there. the promoters would know because thats what draws the crowds! If you get a choice 30cal gattling guns are much cheaper to shoot, and just as much fun! they shoot 3040 krag ammo at about 1/2 the price of 4570. DR

Machine-gun shoots in Ohio? I wasn't aware! But, then, I don't get any gun publications, or even belong to the NRA (yet). I do know of a local gun club that has a range that is full-auto rated, but I can't afford a membership, so I don't know much about what goes on there. I'll keep an eye out, though. I might win the lottery or something . . .
