I don't normally reload 9mm. It's normal price doesn't leave a lot to save by doing it myself. But with ammo hard to get I dug out some old dies and started turning out ammo. I had forgotten how finicky 9mm is to load right. It has a slight taper to the case that makes the case sizing operation a little tough. If you under size just a little , when you seat the bullet it forms a bulge where the bullet is expanding the case back out. If you don't size enough the bullet falls right in to the case. So I got a crash course in why I don't reload much 9mm.
The first 50 I made have that bulge, and they all fed well and shot accurately, But my OCD won't let me not fix the problem with the way they look. I have a 1000 cases prepped, But I need to get this worked out before I start a production run.
So how many others have started reloading just to keep shooting?

I haven't been to the range in a while so my ammo stores are still fair enough. But maybe one day...
